- To operate the marketplace, including processing orders, payments, and deliveries.

How We Protect Buyer and Seller Privacy
Zook is designed so that buyers and sellers do not exchange personal contact information directly. Shipping labels, delivery coordination, and payment are all managed by Zook and its logistics and payment partners, never disclosed to the counterparty of a transaction.
Sharing of Information
We share personal information only with trusted third parties necessary to operate the Platform, including our payment processor, logistics and courier partners, and identity verification providers. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations under UAE law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
